The birth of the internet helped coin the phrase “the information age”- a title I believe to be a bit of a misnomer. While the internet is a great source of information, I think the way it has really revolutionized our lives is via communication and commerce. We are in the “sharing of ideas and products age”.

It’s just recently been dawning on me how huge the internet is. The industrial revolution drastically changed people’s lifestyle- and I think the internet may have outdone it. Yes, we are in the midst of a communication, commerce, cultural, and information revolution. I’m not sure what this is going to mean in the long run, but I am excited to be living in this era and happy to be a part of it.
